I had an excellent experience and decided to share this with everyone.

Our home was in need of new windows, after getting several bids we decided to go with California Replacement Windows.

We had Tim come out and give us an estimate on replacing all of our windows in our home. Tim was awesome to deal with and provided us with an estimate and was up on all of our city code requirements. Tim was great at following up with us on any questions that we had.

Once we signed the paperwork, Roger came out, he explained that he would measure the openings and give us the largest size retro fit window that would fit. Sandy, in the Anaheim office, ordered our windows and gave us a rough estimate of the time frame required to manufacture the windows.

Karen notified us that the windows were being delivered and wanted to set up a installation date. The two ladies in the office worked with us to try to get them installed as soon as possible due to weather conditions and the up coming Thanksgiving holiday.

Roger came on the installation date with the installation crew led by Tony. Tony's crew (Carlos, Christian, Libo and Juan) all were very polite and work together very well. The installation went terrific! Everything looks beautiful!

When the installation was complete, Tony's crew made sure the house was cleaner than they found it. The crew truly did an excellent job! Thanks to all of them for a job well done!
