By creating a near impenetrable triple layer lamination of glass and polymer, Anlin First Guard provides greater protection from “Home Invasions,” adds critical response time and stops today’s “Smash and Grab” burglaries. Most home alarm sensors connect to window and door frames making standard glass an easy access point, but not with ANLIN® First Guard Laminated Security Glass.
Laminated glass holds together when shattered and can be used for safety and security, as well as sound reduction. Laminated glass is produced by bonding two or more layers of glass together with a plastic interlayer, usually polyvinyl butyral (PVB). If broken, the fragments will tend to adhere to the plastic (PVB) interlayer and remain largely intact, reducing the risk of injury or break-ins.
ANLIN® First Guard Laminated Security Glass complies with ASTM F1233 Forced Entry Test/Class 1.1/1.3 security glazing standards. This is the equivalent of withstanding an assault of 20 hits from a 32 ounce hammer wielded by a 250 pound person without penetration of the window in excess of a hole, eight(8) inches in diameter.
ANLIN® First Guard Laminated Security Glass doubles the thickness of the protective polyvinyl butyral inner layer fused between 2 layers of glass. It is engineered to fracture, but remain in place, even after repeated attempts to break in. ANLIN® First Guard Laminated Security Glass can be used with any or all windows and doors throughout the house.

ANLIN® Sash Dead Bolt provides additional security for ANLIN® Sliding Windows.
The optional sash bolt will work in conjunction with ANLIN® brand products' already-tough standard safety features to make your windows an even stronger deterrent to intruders.
The sash bolt slides into the sill track to secure the window and provide added security.
The quarter inch stainless steel sash bolt is so strong it even passed the stringent California Forced Entry tests when used by itself.
ANLIN® Sash Dead Bolts are color-matched to the sash and have a sleek profile, while the contour lever allows for easy operation.
