ANLIN® Catalina Series Single Hung Windows have operable bottom sashes that slide vertically to open. They offer beauty, energy-efficiency and are low maintenance. The top sash is stationary and the bottom sash slides up to open. The bottom sash also tilts inwards for easy cleaning from inside your home. Since single hung windows do not open outward, they are ideal for rooms near shrubs, trees, walkway, and patios.
